Our goal is to inform and reinforce the belief that the birth experience should not only result in a healthy mother and baby, but it should provide a positive family experience.
This class meets 2 hours a week for 4 weeks or you may choose to do the Saturday all day class.
Taught by an experienced childbirth educator, participants will learn about the birth process, fetal development,exercise, breathing techniques, relaxation and confort measures. A tour of the OB department and birthing rooms, open discussions and birth films will help participants to prepare for their labor and birth experience.

If you have older children at home, we would like to invite them to our Sibling Class. The class is held the first Saturday of every month at 10:00 a.m. We recommend that children attending be at least three years old.
