FCHC Medical Group and Fulton County Health Center welcomes Leslie Clemensen, MD, family practitioner to FCHC Primary Care Wauseon! Dr. Clemensen joins Richard Grieser, MD; Rebecca McClarren, MD; Phillip Ashton, MD; and the staff at FCHC Primary Care of Wauseon. The office is located at 735 South Shoop Avenue in Wauseon. Dr. Clemensen completed her Family Residency at McLaren St. Luke’s Hospital in Maumee and received her medical degree from the St. George’s University School of Medicine in St. George’s, Grenada, West Indies. She completed her undergraduate college degree at Siena Heights University, Adrian, Michigan. Dr. Clemensen is a certified Paramedic and served as a paramedic and firefighter in northwest Ohio for many years. She is a member of the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Clemensen plans to provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages. She trained in osteopathic principles during residency and plans to provide some of these treatments for patients with musculoskeletal pain and headaches. She is excited to provide services to help meet the healthcare needs of her community.
