FCHC Fitness, formally the Wellness Center, is located at 138 E. Elm St. in Wauseon. The reason for the name change was to better describe the growth and services we now offer at the former Wellness Center. FCHC Fitness offers a variety of fitness programs and memberships for every age group. We can help you develop a strategy to improve your fitness and health. At FCHC Fitness we are here to keep you moving and maintain your overall health.
FCHC Fitness is 24/7!! Members have access to the gym 24 hours a day 365 days of the year. Current staffed hours are Monday & Wednesday 7:00a-5:00p, Tuesday & Thursday 8:00a-7:00p, and Friday 7:00a-12:00p.
